I was going through some old photos today and found one particular pretty:

A friend gave me this picture the first semester I was here in Hawaii. His details on how he acquired such a photo is still vague but nevertheless, it's a picture that seems to calm me down. Probably because it has something to do with it's meaning, the colors, or because I'm fond of cherry blossoms. Not because of its usage in media or anything of that sort, but because I like flowers. Go on and ask a girl, or anyone, if they dislike flowers; you'd get mix responses. Nah, I got allergies. That's not my type of flower. I prefer this over that. Whatever. Flowers can brighten up a day whether it be physically (put on a table) or emotionally (giving it to someone). Try it out, sometimes all you need is a plant to soothe the nerves.

This picture I took on Guam in 2005 for a calendar contest. Not my best picture but I have to admit, that sunset looked pretty awesome when driving by one day. Warm colors and how the sunlight was positioned won me over.

Evening colors yet the dots make it seems whimsical.
And as I put more pictures, my comments on them get shorter and shorter. So in the spirit of finding old pictures and posting, I'll do them again with different subjects.

Mike! First picture I ever took of him and second time we met (1st being the Okinawan Bon Dance in 2006). Taken during the Halloween GT at McDonald's in Ala Moana. Yeah, you're wondering what the hell am I doing going to a McDonald's. Yeah. Uh. A get together, that was all. It was better, it was a Halloween one! To cosplayer's, Halloween is something like a pre-con thing. You wear the clothes, make some changes or adjustments, get feedback, and bring it to the convention should you choose. It may not be on everyone's list but from how I see some people do it, that's how it goes. I digress, that's Mike. Awesome guy. Goes to UHManoa. He may not look it but yeah, he stay cool. Just ask him. If you're good with his pidgin. Hehe.

Guess who these people are~ Yep, it's Leslie and someone at the airport, the last day on Guam in 2006. Yeah, pretty sad it was. Oh. That's not a melon, it's my Japanese stuffed turtle's head :D! Keitaro! Well, you can't really see him...except for his head. I 'found' (as in bought) him in Japan in 2005 during a soccer tournament. He was hiding among all these Japanese pillows with the smooshi texture inside the department store our team went to. He's been my constant stuffed animal companion ever since, until I got Tony Chopper Chopper from 2007 Kawaii Kon.

Okay. Yes, I found this. One of the few pictures I took with the Razor phone that I'm proud of: TOTORO. What's better you ask? I FOUND IT ON KCC CAMPUS. Yeah so it appears we have ourselves a Totoro fan on campus. During 2006. And I never saw it again.

One of THE best pictures taken during our Drama event in Japan during 2006. It was our last breakfast over there (assuming it to be true since our friend is wearing her medals from the awards ceremony) and we were just innocently eating breakfast. Kennon however....yeah, he tastes things in a special way. Maple syrup cartons are the best, aren't they? Tasting them by itself is just as good on pancakes and a lot of fun. And those two tea bottle next to him, awesome! And yet I still don't know who took this picture of us.
Well, there you have it, 7 old yet pretty good pictures that I found while browsing old pictures. End~!
